Almond milk is one of the easiest milks to make.
When making any nut or seed milks, always soak the seeds or nuts to activate them. To start the sprouting process and the enzyme activity.
I love eating soaked almonds and nuts, they are soft and kinda melt in the mouth.
This recipe could be done in any high-speed blender or thermal mixer. I use a Mycook Premium for this recipe. Store almond milk in the refrigerator.
The leftover pulp could be used in baking /shortbread or nut/bliss balls, pie shells or bread.
We use almond milk for the same things as cow and soy milk. Makes a lovely creamy coffee.
