Coconut Dhal – made in the Mycook Premium
A really nice simple meal. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables or a salad.
The Mycook makes light work of the dhal.
Always wash and pick through your lentils.
You could use whole spices and grind them fresh before using or buy pre ground.
