Flummery 3 Ingredient Dessert
  • 94 gram packet of jelly crystals (jello)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 375 ml can of evaporated milk, Chilled until very cold
  1. Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water. Cool till the consistency of egg white, it must not be set. Beat evaporated milk until thick and creamy. Add in cooled jelly and continue beating until thick and well combined.
  2. Pour into serving a dish or individual bowls. Chill until firm.
  3. Serves 6
