Easy herb Vinaigrette

Serves: 250ml
  • ¾ cup oil, (I use a flavorless oil such as rice bran, sunflower, canola, safflower, of an extra light olive oil)
  • ¼ cup white, wine or cider vinegar or lemon juice,
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
  • Dash of salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic (40 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (6 grams) herbs
  1. Place the above ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Add 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of finely chopped parsley, chive, or fresh basil. Shake to combine.
Food Processor or blender version

Place garlic and herbs in high speed blender, and chop till fine, add in the rest of ingredients and for about a minute.

Store in fridge
