Garlic Mayonnaise (Aioli)
Garlic Mayonnaise (Aioli) ~ made in the Mycook Premium
The past few weeks have been very busy in our household.
The Mycook premium has been a godsend in cooking meals and making food fast.
Today I needed some Aioli made, I have never gone back to using or buying store bought mayonnaise. Not when it is this simple and easy. The Mycook makes light work out of it.
I used the recipe from the Mycook cookbook, but you can use any recipe of your choosing.
There are five ingredients,
*1 egg
*3 cloves garlic
*400 grams oil
*pinch salt
*50 grams water
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in the jug.
30s seconds / speed 7
2. Next, with the Mycook Premium on speed 7, gradually add the oil with the
measuring beaker fitted to the lid so it emulsifies. 1 minute / speed 7
Simple and easy, preservative and additive free.
