Anzac biscuits, The first thing that pops into my head is soldiers. To be exact Australian, and New Zealand soldiers (ANZAC) receiving a tin of homemade biscuits. Can you imagine what they felt when they got that tin and opened up a touch of home, a touch of love. Must have been so comforting.

Current Biscuits This recipe is from the New Zealand Edmonds cookbook. An old favorite in our place. These are a nice easy biscuit, they improve with keeping and freeze well.
